That was interesting and uplifting. I experienced an unexpected physiological reaction. As I was listening to the session I experienced a sensation I'm familiar with from meditation, a sort of feeling that the brain is being physically pinched or wrung out. It's quite intense. Quite painful in a bearable sort of way. The sensation continued for a minute or so and then abated as you began to introduce the idea of disposing of the debris....hmmmm. Cool though! (Bill 2017) UK
